TERMS & POLICY
All tickets will be issued once payment has been confirmed and will be emailed thru the email address given to us by each passenger
The following documents are needed before booking: passport copy, email address and mobile number (of each passenger)
For the Tour Packages, 50% down payment is needed once confirmed and total payment will be settled before the issuance of the hotel
voucher.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Restricted Tickets or Promo Tickets are Non Refundable but in case of Emergency, this maybe subject to the approval of the airline concerned
with the support of all the necessary documents or forms to fill out as the case needed to do so.
In the case of Refund, it will be settled back to the person or company who have paid on this transaction. It would take 2 to 3 months for the refund
to process depending on the availability of it from the airline.
When it comes to the tour packages, it will be case to case basis, subject for approval of the tour operator
Delivery of Documents
All documents for delivery are charged on paxs account.
